Currently he is pursuing PhD in Engineering Sciences from Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB). He is passionate in Multidisciplinary research and more so on the use of modern technology in solving real life problems. His PhD title is ” Metadata Modelling for Spatial Data Infrastructure: Towards Sustainable Development within the Lake Victoria Basin against Hydrological Extremes”.
My area of study rotates and aims at Meta data modelling for the betterment of sustainable development in the Lake Victoria basin. This involves investigation of both remote sensored and the in-situ data anchored on an integrated framework which will ensure seamless transfer and access of data through protocols from different data source and access by key stakeholder with the region. The modelling of Meta data which will ensure predication of the hydrological pattern with the LVB against the hydrological extremes. This pattern when further analyzed will create an important interplay of under the key socio economic development of the region.
